Josh Haury and Emily Waschak live and work aboard the charter yacht M/V Ursa Major, a Norweigian-Built Malahide 65, and sail their own vessel S/V Estrella, a Downeast 32, in their free time.
They cruise the Pacific coastal waters of North America from Southeast Alaska to the Sea of Cortez and mainland Mexico.

Since the Ursa Major begin
chartering in southeast Alaska in 2000, we have had many wonderful and
talented professionals aboard for our Alaska adventure trips. Gary
Luhm, a professional photographer from Seattle, Washington, was one of
the first aboard the Ursa Major in our early years, and has provided a
few of our favorite photos that he has been kind enough to share with
